BASEMENT EXCAVATION METHOD TOP DOWN
Excavation Basement Topdown Method is a method of excavating soil layer by layer, after casting from Basement 1, then digging the soil under Basement 1 by using heavy equipment in accordance with Basement height. Land is collected into the middle of the Void that has been prepared, then the land is loaded into a truck to be discharged out of the area. This method is implemented with a layer by layer system from top to bottom until the excavation of tie beam, pilecap and raft foundation. The implementation of Soil Galian Work follows the agreed work methods of the Soil Galian Subcontractor, Main Contractor and Constitutional Court Consultant. Heavy equipment commonly used to carry out Galian Topdown work are Excavator SK 50, SK 75, Sk 130, PC 50, PC 100 adjusting the height between the basement and the SK 200 Excavator or SK 210 Long Arm for loading to the Truck.
